You know, the perfect summer (and winter!) vacation spots.

Tropical vacations offer a dizzying menu of activities: surfing, sailing, snorkeling, rafting, boating, scuba diving, swimming, jet skiing, sunbathing, hiking, sightseeing, wildlife watching, shopping, wine tasting – everything but skiing and snowshoeing!

Resort towns are entire localities where tourism is the primary economy, which leaves you with plenty to do. On the other hand, if you’d rather stray off the beaten path, smaller, family-owned hotels and bed and breakfasts might be more your style.
