"Personal Rewards- Quick Cash Contest" Official Contest Rules. No Purchase Necessary. Purchase does not increase chances of winning. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (.PT.) January 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59 pm PT December 15, 2010.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years or older as of January 1, 2010. Employees of Pier Media, Inc. (collectively, "Sponsor"), participating retailers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, immediate family members and/or persons living in same household of such employees are ineligible to enter or win. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER: Enter online between January 1, 2010 through December 15, 2010. Complete and submit electronic entry form available at prewards.com or other participating websites. Online entries must be received by 11:59 PM PT on December 15, 2010. No mechanical reproductions, robotic, or automated entries permitted. Limit one entry per person, household or email address regardless of method of entry. Should the Sweepstakes become infected by a virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes that in Sponsor's sole opinion corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and/or disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to select winners from eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such modification or termination of the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the natural person in whose name the email account is registered with the appropriate domain name holder, as determined by Sponsor. Entries and entry information become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

PRIZES: GRAND PRIZE: $1,000 cash.

DRAWING/WINNERS: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawing conducted on or about December 17, 2010 by Pier Media, Inc. whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received. Potential prize winners will be notified by email to the address on the entry form and may be required to sign and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release for receipt by Sponsor within 72 hours of potential winners' receipt of such Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. If any winner is found to be ineligible or prize notification or other documents are returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and alternate winner may be selected.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, participating retailers, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives/agents (collectively .Releasees.) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against any liability, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, injury to persons or damage to property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in this Sweepstakes or in any Sweepstakes related activity, or travel related thereto. Releasees are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, garbled, damaged, incomplete, misdirected or stolen entries or mail, malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer hardware, software or technical problems, or for computer, technical, human or other error of any kind. Acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winners' names, photographs, voices, likenesses and/or prize information for publicity purposes without further compensation, notice or approval. Releasees not responsible for changes, cancellations or delays beyond Sponsor.s control. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Winners solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, and all expenses not specified in these Official Rules. Winner may be issued an IRS Form 1099 for any prize awarded and may be required to submit an IRS Form W-9.

CHANGE TO RULES: These Official Contest Rules are subject to change each month that the sweepstakes is conducted. Participants should review the Official Contest Rules each month.

WINNERS LIST: Mail a SASE for receipt by December 31, 2010 to the .Personal Rewards Sweepstakes. Winners List, 3200 West End Ave., Ste. 500, Nashville, TN 37203. Winner's lists will be available after December 31, 2009.
